Polk County Public Library will move into the next level of its reopening plan on Monday, July 6, 2020. On that day, a limited number of patrons will be allowed into the library within specific guidelines.

The library will continue with limited hours of operation – Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A maximum of 10 persons will be allowed in the building at one time; masks are recommended and social distancing will be observed.  Curbside services will continue to be available and patrons may schedule appointments to use computers or arrange other services.

“We are happy to move closer to a normal situation,” said Librarian Mary Renick.  “We miss our patrons.”
