Polk County Circuit Court, Criminal Division

 State vs Darrell G. C. Garrett: Count I – sexual assault in the second degree, in violation of Ark. Code Ann. 5-14-125 in that on or about 2nd day of January, 2020, the said defendant did engage in sexual contact with another person by forcible compulsion, constituting a Class “B” felony against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas. Count II – Harassment, in violation of Ark. Code Ann. 5-71-208(a)(1), in that on or about the 2nd day of January, 2020, the said defendant did strike, shove, kick or otherwise touch a person, subjecting that person to offense physical contact or attempt or threaten to do so, constituting a Class “A” misdemeanor, against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas. Count III – indecent exposure, in violation of Ark. Code Ann. 5-14-112(a)(2), in that on or about August 31, 2019, the above named defendant did with the purpose to arouse or gratify a sexual desire of himself or another person, expose his or her sex organs under circumstances likely to cause affront or alarm, constituting a Class “A” misdemeanor, against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas.

 State vs Krishna K. Turner: Count I – failure to appear, in violation of Ark. Ann. 5-54-120, a Class “C” felony, in that on or about September 9, 2019, the said defendant, did unlawfully fail to appear to answer a felony charge in CR 2019-0089, without reasonable excuse, subsequent to having been lawfully set at liberty upon condition that she appear at a specified time, place, and court, and all against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas.

 State vs Windal Loyd: Count I -domestic battery in third degree, in violation of Ark. Code Ann. 5-26-305(b)(2)(A), in that on or about January 10, 2020, the said defendant with the purpose of causing physical injury to a family or household member, did cause physical injury to a woman the defendant knew or should have known was pregnant, a Class D felony, against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas.

 State vs Austin McCulley: Count I – domestic battery in the second degree, in violation Ark. Code Ann. 5-26-304(a)(1), in that on or about December 6, 2019, the said defendant, with the purpose of causing physical injury to a family or household member, namely Kayla Thomas, did cause serious physical injury to Kayla Thomas, constituting a Class “C” felony, against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas.

 A criminal information is merely an accusation and the Defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
