Frances (Frankie) Yvonne Martin, age 73, of Grannis, Arkansas died Saturday, February 22, 2020, at her home.
She was born September 4, 1946, in Saugus, California. Frankie loved spending time with her husband and family. Her happiest times were spent with her children and grandchildren. She spoke often of her siblings and her childhood growing up in California, but her years living in Arkansas were her happiest. Especially those years spent living at her home on Tundrawolf Lane with her husband Rick. Frankie spent several years in the Oklahoma area as well. She enjoyed many hours walking the shores of Broken Bow Lake in search of the perfect arrowhead or maybe the most beautiful crystal stone. She found peace on the backroads and rivers of the great outdoors. She believed in working hard and staying busy. Nothing was more important to her than her family and making a home.
Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her parents, Phil and Murriel Smith Menna; one son, Ricky Minchew; great grandchildren, Hayden Minchew and Jed Minchew; one sister, Ula Kaye Weller; two brothers, Bobby Cummings and Wayne Cummings; her mother and father-in-law, Henry and Wanda Martin; one stepson, Jason Martin; one brother-in-law, Mike Martin; and two sisters-in-law, Judy Martin and Betty Jean Martin.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Rick Martin; one son, Art Tidmore of Houston, Texas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Charla and Dwight Davis of MacClenny, Florida and Natasha and Garry Brewer of Texarkana, Texas; grandchildren, Sienna Tidmore, Noah Tidmore, Cody Johnston, Hunter Davis, Jeremy Davis, Jeffrey Mitchell, Caylee Mitchell, Dusty Brewer, Stephen Minchew, Kyle Minchew, Jered Minchew, Joseph Minchew, and Cody Richter; great grandchildren, Paisley, Gaige, Garrett, Carter, Laiken, Bella, Max, Brooklyn, Rylan, Anissa, Raylan, Graicyn, Knighten, Phanton, Page, Macie, Khloe, Tra, Angel, Tuff, Lane, Brody, Balee, Gunner, Remington, and Rilee; her siblings, Martha, Stan, Merle, and Margo; brothers-in-law, Gary and wife Virginia Martin, Randall Martin, and Lendall and wife Nedra Martin; and many other nieces, nephews and extended family.
