Acorn Archery Competes At Nationals

This past Saturday, May 11, the Acorn High School Archery team traveled to Louisville, Kentucky, to compete in the 2019 National Archery in the Schools Program Eastern Nationals.

Acorn placed 133rd overall out of 263 total teams. Brody Webb earned 4th out of 7,837 boys in the competition, and 1st in the 11th Grade Boys rankings, with a score of 298.

Out of 2,699 archers in the High School Boys division, Tyler Lyle placed 361st, Jacob Moore 687th, Matthew Nance 1,394th, Raymond Hannaman 1,594th, Austin Zarrella 2,228th, and Mark Hannaman 2,693rd.

In the High School Girls division, with 2,610 archers, Jaden Miller placed 487th, Teagan Beaty 671st, Haley Richardson 758th, Sarah Wallace 1,114th, Abby Nance 1,486th, Tessa Kesterson 1,656th, Emmy Goss 1,662nd, Abby Lay 1,825th, Faith Harvey 1,936th, Megan Vaughn 2,056th, and Kaitlin Warren 2,365th.
