Bearcat Bash previews exciting seasons

The 2019 Bearcat Bash has come and gone. Last Thursday, August 1, the Bearcat Foundation, Inc. hosted the annual Bearcat Bash at the Polk County Fairground Commercial Building.

A packed house full of Bearcat fans, players, and coaches, heard from Sr. High Volleyball Coach Brad Lyle, Sr. High Football Coach Craig Bentley, and from Mena's Athletic Director Shane Torix who introduced all of Mena's new coaching hires.

Both Coach Lyle and Coach Bentley expressed their gratitude and pride to coach for Mena, and also expressed their excitement for the upcoming sports seasons.
